The Book of Psalms, Chapter 14, Verse 2

To the chief Musician, [A Psalm] of David. The fool hath said in his heart, [There is] no God. They are corrupt, they have done abominable works, [there is] none that doeth good.
King James Version
The LORD looked down from heaven upon the children of men, to see if there were any that did understand, [and] seek God.
American Standard Version
Jehovah looked down from heaven upon the children of men, To see if there were any that did understand, That did seek after God.
New English Translation
The LORD looks down from heaven at the human race, to see if there is anyone who is wise and seeks God.
World English Bible
Yahweh looked down from heaven on the children of men, to see if there were any who did understand, who did seek after God.

They are all gone aside, they are [all] together become filthy: [there is] none that doeth good, no, not one.
4
Have all the workers of iniquity no knowledge? who eat up my people [as] they eat bread, and call not upon the LORD.
5
There were they in great fear: for God [is] in the generation of the righteous.
6
Ye have shamed the counsel of the poor, because the LORD [is] his refuge.
7
Oh that the salvation of Israel [were come] out of Zion! when the LORD bringeth back the captivity of his people, Jacob shall rejoice, [and] Israel shall be glad.

A Psalm of David. LORD, who shall abide in thy tabernacle? who shall dwell in thy holy hill?
2
He that walketh uprightly, and worketh righteousness, and speaketh the truth in his heart.
3
[He that] backbiteth not with his tongue, nor doeth evil to his neighbour, nor taketh up a reproach against his neighbour.
4
In whose eyes a vile person is contemned; but he honoureth them that fear the LORD. [He that] sweareth to [his own] hurt, and changeth not.
5
[He that] putteth not out his money to usury, nor taketh reward against the innocent. He that doeth these [things] shall never be moved.
